• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

• Orders placed after 3 PM EST may begin processing the next business day.

• All products undergo a quality and expiration-date inspection before shipping to ensure authenticity and freshness.

Orders over $99 (before tax) may qualify for free standard shipping when offered.

 


 

 

4. Tracking Your Order

 


Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

 


 

 

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

 


Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout.

We are not responsible for:

• Orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

• Lost or delayed shipments resulting from incomplete or incorrect information

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

 


If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:

 

  1. Contact the carrier first and file a claim using your tracking number.

  2. Then email us at support@TestStripBlowout.com with your order number and photos (if damaged).

 


We’ll assist you in resolving the issue and, when appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund.

 


 

 

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

 


Because we process orders quickly, changes or cancellations can only be made before shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.

 


 

 

8. Returns

 


Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in original packaging.
